HG tile cement residue remover removes stubborn cement veil and mortar residue from all types of porous and non-porous tiles, flagstones and non-calciferous natural stone types, such as Norwegian slate, granite and quartzite.
Application
HG cement & mortar residue remover (product 12) removes stubborn cement veil and mortar residues from all types of porous and non-porous tiles, flagstones. But also from non-calciferous natural stone types, such as Norwegian slate, granite and quartzite. The uniqueness of this product is that it dissolves the cement from the tile surface, but not the cement from the joints. It even strengthens the joints.
Instructions for use
- Dissolve half a litre in 5 litres of water
- For more intense cement or mortar residues, a stronger solution can be made up to 1 litre to 4 litres of water if required
- Pre-wet the surface with clean water and apply the solution using a floor cloth or mop
- Then scrub the surface well with a scrubber or brush
- Soak for a few minutes and then scrub well again
- Remove the solution from the surface with a mop, rinsing it regularly and wringing it out in water
- Then thoroughly mop the floor 2-3 more times with clean water
- Repeat treatment if necessary
- Consumption: 20-40 m2
